The Château de Schengen is a hospitality venue combining restaurant, bar, hotel and event spaces. The existing digital presence lacked clarity in how these different services were presented online.
Objectives
• Clarify the structure of the website
• Improve the user journey for visitors looking to book or explore the venue
• Present the different experiences (restaurant, bar, hotel, events) in a clear and accessible way
• Modernize the interface while respecting the identity of the location
Constraints
• Existing brand identity had to be respected
• Multiple services needed to coexist within a single website
• Content had to remain easy to update internally
The project focused on restructuring the website architecture and improving the clarity of the different sections of the site.
Key actions included:
• Redesigning the information architecture of the website
• Creating clearer navigation between restaurant, bar, hotel and events
• Designing structured pages to present each experience of the venue
• Improving the readability and hierarchy of content
The final deliverable included a redesigned website structure, optimized page layouts and a clearer user journey for visitors exploring the venue online.
The project significantly improved the clarity of the website and how visitors understand the different experiences offered by the venue.
By restructuring the content and navigation, users can now more easily discover the restaurant, bar, hotel and event spaces without confusion.
The new structure also allows the internal team to manage and update the website content more efficiently.

"Le site avait besoin d’une organisation plus claire pour présenter les différentes activités du Château de Schengen. Nynerdly Visuals a su proposer une structure cohérente qui permet aujourd’hui aux visiteurs de mieux comprendre le lieu et les expériences proposées."
