We get it, sometimes things don’t work out.

We care about your experience, and if something doesn’t feel right with your order, we’ll make it right. You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.


Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

- For textiles: unworn and unwashed
- For prints: unused, unframed, and in perfect condition (no folds, scratches, or stains)
- Shipped back in its original packaging (tube or flat mailer with protective sleeve)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note: damaged or bent prints caused during handling by the customer cannot be accepted for return.

Once we receive your request, we’ll review it and send detailed instructions by email. Items sent without approval won’t be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Items

We carefully inspect each piece before shipping. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and the product. We’ll make it right.

Non-returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:
Custom or personalized orders
Limited-edition or numbered prints
Gift cards
Items marked as final sale
Prints or textiles showing signs of wear, handling, or damage not caused by us

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before shipping it back.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or item, the fastest way is to return the original item (if eligible), then place a new order once your return is approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Items must still meet our return conditions above (unused, original packaging, proof of purchase).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please reach out to us.
